I have always wanted to photograph a Stoke Newington Town Hall wedding. I am a regular at most of the other London town halls but Stoke Newington Town Hall is the perfect Art Deco venue. Sian wore a gorgeous silk dress and birdcage veil that suited it perfectly. The bridesmaids wore mismatched dresses in pastel colours that worked so well with the relaxed vibe to the day. After the emotional ceremony we jumped onto a red London bus to the Ecology Pavilion in Tower Hamlets. This is a hidden gem of a venue, surrounded by trees and reeds, just on the river. It felt like a perfect oasis away from the London streets. The venue has huge windows along one side, filling the room with light. We were lucky in September to have lots of sunshine but it would also be perfect for a rainy day.
