I am so lucky to be a recommended RHS Wisley wedding photographer, the team are wonderful to work with and the venue is just amazing, you’re so spoiled for choice with wonderful gardens and views, and the glasshouse is stunning. You can have a civil ceremony at Wisley, but many of my clients choose to get married in a church and then head to Wisley for their reception. Theo and Ollie were married at St Edward the Confessor church in Sutton Park near Guildford. Theo arrived on the back of a vintage landrover, her hairdresser looked horrified when she saw what she’d be travelling in on a motorway! Theo found it hilarious – and neither her nor Ollie stopped laughing all day. They laughed through the ceremony, laughed all the way back on the landrover while drinking champagne, and laughed through their portraits. They were so much fun to photograph, so full of joy. Being an RHS Wisley wedding photographer never gets boring, the gardens are constantly changing, every couple do something different, it’s always gorgeous and so much fun. Theo and Ollie added some really personal touches, with Ben Hughes, an event artist, painting their drinks reception during the hour and a half! It was pretty special to watch. Big Green Space planned it beautifully and The White Orchid put together some truly stunning flowers (I’m a massive flower fan!)
