Firle Place is just beautiful and so local to me, just round the corner so I was so excited to photograph a Firle Place wedding! Nina and Chris got ready at Blue Door Barns and were married in St Peters Church by the very cool and lovely Reverend Peter Owen Jones. After being showered with confetti guests tied ribbons to the tree outside with a wish for the couple before they walked over to the walled herb garden for their drinks and canapés. After that they had speeches out on the croquet lawn, followed by fantastic dancing to an Arabic band before the most delicious Thai dinner served by Farang in the Riding School, and then crazy dancing to my favourite wedding band, Bare Groove. It was such a fun day, what a wonderful crowd who made me feel so welcome and we all had such a good laugh.
I am also so pleased to find out that I am now a recommended supplier for Firle and cannot wait to photograph another Firle Place Wedding soon!
